1. Who we are
My Training Split (the "Service") is operated by My Training Split ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you are entering into an agreement with My Training Split.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, accessing or continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into this agreement.
3. The Service
My Training Split provides structured workout plans and workout-logging tools. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have purchased. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity under your account, and for providing accurate information and keeping it up to date.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
- send spam or attempt to defraud other users or us;
- infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including by introducing malware, probing for vulnerabilities, scraping content, or circumventing technical limits;
- reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including all software, training programs, documentation, branding, and other materials, is and remains the property of My Training Split and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the Service or any part of it to you.
6. Payments and orders
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
All payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. For refund requests, see our Refund Policy.
7. Service availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and working as intended, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Health disclaimer
The training content provided through My Training Split is for general informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program. You assume all risk associated with following the programs.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay amounts due, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which My Training Split resides, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The competent courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
