Refund window
My Training Split is operated by My Training Split. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the order details from your purchase confirmation email, or contact us through the support channel on this website and we will help you start the process.
Once a refund is approved, the funds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
After a refund
When a refund is issued, the access granted by that purchase (for example, access to a training split) will be revoked.
